Penny postcard of reconstructed Fort Negley in 1930s. Back of postcard read:
"Fort Negley, recently restored to its original appearance
from plans found in Washington. The original fort was built in the fall of 1862
by the Union Army under General John S. Negley, of Pennsylvania.
Park facilities are provided as a part of this historic reproduction."
